xcode11上传IPA到app store出错
Xcode11 Application Loader工具找不到了，我改成xcrun上传，再执行xcrun命令时报错
xcrun: error: unable to find utility “altool”, not a developer tool or in PATH解决方法
opened Xcode.
打开 Preferences
进入 Locations
Selected the Command Lin Tools: (选择xcode版本)
执行xcrun
