重点：去除命令的 -c pytorch，这一点指令指向了conda官方的Pytorch下载库通道，，会非常慢，而且极其容易下载掉败，去失后会到我们之前配置的channel中寻找。而且本环境不能下载过其他的版本，否则去失-c pytorch后会默认下载之前下载过的版本（Ver0.1），仍然不会更新告成。
