上界为 \(+\infty\)

上下界网络流。
\(1\) 号节点为源点 \(s\) ,新建一个汇点 \(t\),,如果 \(u\) 能到 \(v\),那么连边 \(u \to v\),下界为 \(1\),上界为 \(+\infty\),用度为对应的所需时间,暗示这段剧情至少看一次,且看一次价钱为对应的所需时间。
又因为我们可以在任何一个节点重开一次,所以我们的每个节点 \(u\) 都连边 \(u \to t\) ,下界为 \(0\),上界为 \(+\infty\),用度也是 \(0\)
然后我们就对建出来的网络跑一个有源汇有上下界可行流即可。
注意最后算答案的时候还要把每条边至少走一次的价钱算进来。
